Reliable public transport, clean bathrooms, lifts, pram friendly stations, and easy food options reduce mental load more than any perfectly planned itinerary.

This is one of the reasons I love travelling Asia with kids. Once you are there, many cities make daily life feel surprisingly easy, even with little ones in tow.
